New Venue for 2012 Meetings
Based on member survey responses, your board has been actively looking for a venue with better freeway access. After a lot work and searching, we are proud to be partnering with the Hilton – Salt Lake City Airport Hotel. The hotel is just off of I-80 past the Salt Lake Airport. We know your gut reaction may be “way out there?” But, for most people, especially those coming from the South and North ends of the valley, you will find this much faster and easier to access. We look forward to working with the Hilton and would like to share a big “Thank You” to the Marriott for their many years of fine service.

ASTD International Conferance and Expo 2012
Now is the time to plan for ASTD International Conference and Expo (ICE) in Denver, May 6 – 9.
ICE is a great event with thousands of participants from all over the world. A ton of workshops and the largest Training and Development Vender Expo in the world.
Now is the time to arrange your budget to attend, the earlier you registrar the bigger the discounts. We are working on getting a group discount for people attending from Utah, If you are planning on attending please let us know at ASTDUtah @gmail.com.
If the registration fee is still out of your reach you can attend as a conference volunteer. For every day you volunteer at the you get one full day conference pass. So you can volunteer two days and then attend two days and pay nothing for attending!
